APS Case File #028

Moxahala Avenue

Address
Moxahala Avenue & Putnam Street
Zanesville, Ohio 43701

Location
City: Zanesville
County: Muskingum
State: Ohio

History
In Zanesville, on Moxahala Avenue and Putnam Street, ghosts from the civil war are said to roam the streets.

Experiments, Tests, & Debunking
Lead Investigator, John Albrecht Jr. may have debunked this location. He thinks that the soldiers seen are nothing more than statues. Three statues have been erected at the local VFW. Coincendently, the VFW sits between the two streets. While investigating the area, John found similar statues throughout the city of Zanesville.

Comments
On Hoover and Moxahala, there is a VFW that has statues of soldiers. I'm confident that people mistake these for ghosts.

Evidently, there is an Army Reserve Center a block away. The Weekend Warriors could have made up this story.
-John Albrecht Jr., Lead Investigator
